Cancellation/Refund and Return Policies
- Returns and refunds are not allowed after ordered fabrics are handed over to workshop for manufacturing as we prepare for specific orders only.
- WE ONLY REPLACE/EXCHANGE ITEMS if they are defective or damaged by negligence from our side or during transit. If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for .We are more than willing to help you out .Please click a picture for the product and email at jgaurja@gmail.com
- To request a return for a damaged product, send us photographs and an unpacking video within 3 days of receipt.
- If the product is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
