Refunds and Returns
- Returns and refunds are not allowed after delivery.
- WE ONLY REPLACE/EXCHANGE ITEMS if they are defective or damaged by negligence from our side or during transit.
- To request a return for a damaged product, send us photographs and an unpacking video within 3 days of receipt.
- If the product is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
